"Beard and Bolt was great! Communicated costs and time needed. He was there when he said he would be. James was able to figure out a way to fix a shed door in a cost effective way instead of a more expensive replacement. He also added an electrical outlet and a light fixture to my shed. James replaced the exposed wiring that was outside and replaced hangers to other electrical boxes. James replaced my thermostat with an energy saving model. Everything is working great and he is very affordable. Highly recommend!"

"Mr. Shaffer took care of the problem, which was a leak in the basement from a copper drainage pipe. He was here a few hours for this issue and needed some local supplies. I felt he was very fair with cost of the job. As he works as regular job as I do, you will need to be flexible as far as when he is able to do your project or may have other jobs ahead of yours. Would definitely utilize Mr. Shaffer again as I am sure other issues will come up with an older home."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"I choose the "safe track" sump pump system to tackle the efflorescence on my basement walls. Didn't know water could build up in concrete blocks and deteriorate a foundation wall. The system is doing its job, though it is an eye sore. Trying to figure out how to build around it, but still leaving access to sump pump, is a tough task."

"We recently purchased a recently renovated century old farmhouse. We were not expected to use the home warranty that came with out purchase, but so happy we had it within months of moving in we had failures of the appliances. Then we learned the title agency paid the wrong home warranty company. We made the title company pay the proper warranty company covered in our contract due to reviews --- best decision we made. They were help in sorting out the problems with the Title Company and they made sure we were happy with the repairs. When one repairman bailed on us, American Home Shield came to the rescue. Couple of months later a pump failed on the clothes washer and it was repaired in just a few days. $75 for each claim for the service call and the repair is covered. I am afraid they have paid more than the cost of my policy at this point. But that is what insurance is for. Definitely keeping them in the future. Highly recommend."

"Would highly recommend Albert's plumbing. He came Wednesday, gave an estimate on cost of replacing section of sewer pipe. Performed work on Thursday and also took time to reroute my sump pump tubing, even though he wasn't scheduled to do so."
