"When I first called, Ralph explained the cost and the access they needed. We arranged a time and he promised to call first. Right on schedule, he showed up and first mad esure where the sprinklers were so he would not damage them. He pumped out the system, all the while educating me about sewer issues and how to avoid problems. Ralph was great. He treated me with great courtesy, took the time to answer all my questions, and was open and honest with me."

"This is the second time we have called them. the first time they just put a tube from the water softener back into it's drain pipe. they did not even charge for it. (One of them is friends with my brother). <br /> This time we had no drains in the house. turned out that there was a clog between the house and street which made it necessary to dig up the pipe between the house and street and replace the pipe, unfortunately a very large, expensive repair. They got the work done very quickly with the least possible damage to the front yard. Most other contractors would have been much less careful digging up the pipe and made much more of a mess. Many others would have forced her to replace the sewer pipe all the way to the main sewer line in the middle of the street, making it a much bigger, more expensive job. <br /> This was not an inexpensive repair, but it was necessary. My mother could have been taken advantage of by making the job bigger than it needed to be or dragging it out. Most would not have done the job as neatly as it was done. <br /> Kudos to these guys. I hope they get all the work they want. <br />"
