"My 81 year old brother and his wife recently purchased a Sunroom from Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows; they tried to do so sooner but a company out of Tulsa mislead them into believing that they sold Four Seasons Sunrooms and we had to get their deposit back from the Tulsa company first. The owner of Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows was very helpful to me in advising me on how to go about getting that deposit back. Not only that, once we got their money back and the contract from the misleading company back the owner of Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows personally handled the estimate and contract with my brother and his wife himself. He was very understanding when, due to a health situation with my brother, we had to postpone the beginning of the build twice. The owner is one of the nicest men I've ever met, a true and honest Christian businessman. My brother and his wife are so very pleased with their new room, and that pleases me. This is the third sunroom that Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows has built for members of our family and in working with them we have found that the contractors/employees who did the work are the same ones that built the first sunroom for a family member 15 years ago, that in itself says a lot about this business owner and the way he treats others. "Overall, a great experience. Most companies weren't even responding to us or said they couldn't come out for 4 weeks or more. Joshua and Texas Backyard Living was very different. They came out to perform an estimate within the week and started the job the next week. Victor and his team was amazing and made sure that they built the deck, exactly how we wanted it. "We needed to replace some Eze Breeze windows and fix a leaky roof in our sunroom.  We called Sunshine Sunrooms and the representative was very nice.  We also received a followup phone call and were give an estimate based on the information we provided.  However, no one ever came to do the work.  We called again but no one showed up.  <br /> <br /> Called a 3rd time and had a completely different experience.  I received a call back that day and was able to schedule an appointment for Jim to come out to our house.  Jim showed upon on time on the scheduled date/time.  Note that this was on a day when there were torrential rain storms in the DFW Metroplex where Lake Lewisville gained 10ft of water!  Jim did a FANTASTIC job of explaining all the available options for fixing our sunroom and providing all the pros and cons of each option.  He called back write away with a very reasonable estimate and he said he would send us a contract so he can start the work.   I am looking forward to having Sunshine Sunroom do the work and i will update this review after the work has been completed. <br /> <br /> This review was updated based on my most recent experience so far. <br /> <br /> UPDATE: Sunshine Sunrooms has completed the work as promised. They did a grate job and I am very happy with the work they have done.  There have been no leaks since they did their work.  I will be contacting them in the future to re-roll the panes for my older windows. <br />"
