They had to join the floors of two rooms to a hallway by splicing new pieces of hardwood in because previous owners moved walls and just carpeted over the entire upstairs afterward. We hired them to splice in the threshold areas, and also remove the carpet that went down the stairs and refinish it all. They were fabulous, extremely nice to work with, super clean. He painted: basement floor, pipes, stairwell walls and steps, painted the quest room, repaired and painted damaged ceilings, replaced damaged wallpaper, fixed open seams of wallpaper. He's coming back to repair and paint back foyer walls, woodwork and doors. His man will be sanding polyurethane my wood floor in the toy room. His work was good and neat. He removed all unwanted material and if I needed a small unplanned job, he did it without charging. He is very respectful and has a kind heart. I have recommended him to friends."

Franklin and Marvin were very punctual, moved our furniture with care and were very meticulous with the work that they did. There was a slight confusion at the end about when they were going to move the furniture back but they rectified the situation satisfactorily. "I hired All Flortec to refinish a 13 step oak staircase and install approximately 450 square feet of 3/4" x 3" prefinished oak flooring. The finished job looks terrific and I am very satisfied with the outcome and workmanship. There were, however, a few bumps along the way. Communication with Jim could have been more timely. Day to day scheduling and timing was not always clear. And most of the contractors spoke very little English making it difficult to have my questions answered."
