To make matters worse, they started subcontracting work to people who were clearly unqualified. I expected a professional job but ended up with constant frustration, unprofessional behavior, and subpar results. I eventually had to stop them from continuing, as it was clear this project was beyond John and Sherry's capacity. They bit off more than they could chew.
