"Ryan did a fantastic job! From the initial visit to the final coat, he exudes an expertise and confidence that only comes from decades of experience. He sanded sun bleached/damaged wood in a dining room, hearthroom, and kitchen that hadn't been refinished in 25 years. His task was to make the 38-year-old floor look like the newly laid floor in the living room. Some "tweaks" on the stain and voila! Three coats of poly and the floors look like new and beautiful! Great job, it's wonderful to see there still are some perfectionists in the trades."

"I would highly recommend Hardwoodkings for floor refinishing. We have a historic home restoration project and Thiago work is incredible. His attention to details and years of experience surpassed our expectations. He is personally on site daily and his years of experience is invaluable…including an artist flair for mixing stains. Site is cleaned up each day and everyone is very respectful to our home and pets. A++"

"My new kitchen and dining room floor is excellent. Eric took the time to explained all options available for my wood floor refinishing. The staff is very professional and friendly. Very reasonable price. They will be the people I call first. I thank you for all your help."

"We had 3 different bids for refinishing our floors. Alex gave us the best price, was insured, and fit out time-line for completion. He showed up when promised, finished on time, and our floors look incredible!"

"Gianni and the Balboa team did an excellent job on our wood rot and painting project for our home. When I had a question about the project, Gianni stopped by to discuss it. He was very accessible. The scope of the project changed a little and he even decreased our agreed upon price. Not many contractors would do that on a project. We are extremely happy with the results and our house looks amazing now. I highly recommend!"

"Kenneth and Sons did a great job replacing part of a floor and refinishing two rooms. They were quick and cleaned up after they were finished. Very happy with the floors."

"Sales process was very good and consultative. The project management could have had better communication and ran a little over the original timeline. The installation and product we are very happy with. The floors refinished and stained are beautiful! We will use them again for any flooring project."
