He was very professional and he left me assured that I made the right decision with my purchase. I first had Jake N. show up at my home to begin the process of removing my old tub and the walls around it. At first he was working on his own, but that did not stop him from putting in the exceptional work that he did. Manager Jeff C. then showed up to assist him, and I very much enjoyed and appreciated his "hands-on" approach with helping Jake on the installation of my shower area. I appreciated so much when I was told that the product that was being placed in my bathroom was defective. Jeff was apologetic and assured that they will take care of replacing it in a timely manner. The owner, Albert Halfon, was very patient with me for months as I dropped by to look at floors and make decisions.  When I was ready to firm up choices, I had alot of questions.  He sat down with me and went through the entire process. The schedule fell right into my timeline. Installation went very well; installers were courteous and did a great job. The floors look fabulous.
