"Attention to detail and prep work seemed pretty poor. The initial painting went seemingly to plan, but after they were done I noted: 1. Large bubbles all over the house 2. They didn't mask my back railing, which became covered in paint splatters 3. Didn't caulk around windows 4. Really rough job doing the trim (splotchy lines) 5. Didn't wash behind the rain barrels, then proceeded to paint over dirt. 6. Not much scraping of existing chipping paint 7. I expected the cracks in the existing siding to be less noticeable after caulking/prep work 8. Didn't mask the roof, there is now a white patch on the shingles from painting the gutters 9. Didn't move the trash can/rain barrels prior to painting, so is now pretty paint splattered. I asked if they needed to be moved too, but was told no. 10. Trampled some plants. I asked if they would be OK (I would have transplanted them!), but they are now pretty dead. This is pretty minor, but still annoying. I called them back (twice!) and they more or less fixed 1-6, but I guess I just expected a better experience."

"Our house painting project posed many difficulties. Not only is it very tall, requiring every bit of a 40' ladder to reach everything, but it also has lots of different roof line angles, making it quite challenging to get to all of the surfaces. After meeting with half a dozen companies and reviewing all the bids, I chose to work with NW Precision and I couldn't be happier. Sam is not only extremely skilled and conscientious, but he's about the nicest man you will ever meet. He came to the house every morning with a goal for that day that was well planned out. He never disappeared during the day to get supplies, because he made sure the evening before that he had what he needed and came with everything the job required each day. He pressure washed the entire house, then scraped, primed, sprayed and back-rolled each section of shingles, and the result was fantastic. And I never realized how much masking would be involved, but he's got that down to an art. I honestly couldn't be happier with the result. I cannot recommend Sam and NW Precision Painting enough."
