When the work was completed, the two gentlemen picked the trash and carried away my old water softener. The cost for services was reasonable and the office will work with you on any questions regarding reasonable cost adjustments. "Great service all around. 1. Called the office to discuss the issue. Made an appointment for a formal inspection and quote. 2. Two guys showed up as scheduled and inspected the sewer with a camera. 3. We discussed the options and they worked up the proposal. 4. I only got one quote as I have had it looked at a couple times previously over the years and I felt comfortable with the cost as well as the folks I interacted with. 5. The following day I called to let them know it was a go and scheduled the work. 6. There was a team of 6 guys that arrived the day of the sewer line replacement, they were all personable and worked well with each other. They put in a hard days work and got it all done and cleaned up on the same day. From making the call to the completed work was 4 days. Very satisfied with the entire process. "Water heater went out on a Tuesday morning. Tex arrived Tuesday night, upon inspection indicated it needed to be replaced. Advised if we paid $500 up front he would deal with the warranty company and get faster response. Thursday night was advised he had the parts but did not confirm what time he would come on Friday. Left the customer waiting for a response. At 3pm on Friday was told he would be there by 6pm. He arrived at 7:30, had a broken part that he could not find a replacement at Lowe's. Advised he would be back Saturday morning at 8am. We were doubtful and pushed for a realistic time. He said 8am. He arrived around 5pm. No issue with the quality of work. Serious issue with time management. We used his services before to replace our garbage disposal and that was completed without an issue."

They ordered more material than was needed for the job so there was moderate waste, but we were able to return some of it for a refund. Job was supposed to take three weeks and ended up taking twice that, but the results are very good."

"I needed some sprinkler work done. The two gentlemen that came out were professional, friendly, and down-to-earth. They were able to complete part of the task. They were asked to repair a leak and provide some sprinkler cover lids. They repaired the leak but did not provide the sprinkler cover lids. Furthermore, I was billed for 1 hour of service while they went to get supplies. After speaking to a manager, I was told they charge for the time they are running to get supplies. Perhaps I am old-fashioned, but 30 years ago, we did not charge our clients if we did not bring the correct supplies. I am glad it only took an hour for them to go to Home Depot and come back or else I could have been charged more."
