Two guys showed up as scheduled and inspected the sewer with a camera. 3. We discussed the options and they worked up the proposal. 4. The following day I called to let them know it was a go and scheduled the work. 6. There was a team of 6 guys that arrived the day of the sewer line replacement, they were all personable and worked well with each other. "I needed some sprinkler work done. The two gentlemen that came out were professional, friendly, and down-to-earth. They were able to complete part of the task. They were asked to repair a leak and provide some sprinkler cover lids. They repaired the leak but did not provide the sprinkler cover lids. Furthermore, I was billed for 1 hour of service while they went to get supplies. After speaking to a manager, I was told they charge for the time they are running to get supplies. Perhaps I am old-fashioned, but 30 years ago, we did not charge our clients if we did not bring the correct supplies. I am glad it only took an hour for them to go to Home Depot and come back or else I could have been charged more."
