"Very honest plumbing company not trying to take advantage of worker shortages and quadrupling price quotes. Matt and John? did a great job on a rough commercial installation. I will hire them again for my final plumbing and anything I need for my home."

"We started a DIY to replace a toilet. We saw the builder’s plumber did a bad job on the flange. No screws to hold it down but a lot of glue. We had 3 plumbers come in to review and give us their input/quote. John explained what he wld need to do. The quote was reasonable. Best part, he wld not need to bust up the tile or go underneath the foundation. We are very pleased with his work along with his apprentice. We will recommend and use them again. Thank you."

"A/C works great. Havn't had chnce to try heater. All employees were polite, knew what they were doing. A little pricey but no regrets."

"James and Jaime arrived at my residence with a professional and friendly demeanor. Their first impressions was consistent from start to finish. Upon there arrival they quickly assessed the work to be done and began replacing my old water softener with a new one. After completing the plumbing reconfiguration, James and Jaime gave me a tutorial to program the new water softener. When the work was completed, the two gentlemen picked the trash and carried away my old water softener. The cost for services was reasonable and the office will work with you on any questions regarding reasonable cost adjustments. I would use Aaron and Hager Plumbing (new business name soon to be "Eager Plumbing") for future plumbing needs."

"Team Enoch sent Jacob and Merick the next day to replace my old water heater with a 50 gallon Rheem water heater. They were very kind, respectful, and professional from the moment they arrived until exit. They communicated with me throughout to educate me on the process and future maintenance. I had a wonderful experience with Team Enoch from the initial call, financing this unexpected expense at an affordable cost, and the final install with excellent warranty coverages. Thank you all for making this a positive experience for me."

"Legend Plumbing & Septic provided top notch service when they replaced our failing, old water heater. We had a unique situation at our house that required a tankless water heater as a replacement and this meant upgrading the gas service. Bret at Legend Plumbing & Septic kindly and patiently guided us through the decision process and provided encouraging options for a difficult situation. He is extremely knowledgeable and is more than willing to share his plumbing wisdom. Bret provided us with a reasonable quote, so we went forward with installation. When it came time for installation, Bret kept us apprised of the schedule, was prompt, he quickly and cleanly installed the water heater. Now we have an endless supply of fresh, hot water. I highly recommend Legend Plumbing & Septic for their integrity, attention to detail, cleanliness and passion for water heaters."

"Joshua and Cody removed our old water softener unit and installed a new EASY WATER system. They are very polite and performed their task in an efficient manner. They also checked a cold water line that had clogged with the old softener pellets. Our home was left clean and the new unit is much smaller and looks nice in the laundry room. Sandy was the young lady in the office that helped me at first, and she was a joy to deal with. She was a great help in selecting this unit. The owner Damon..even came out the first trip to evaluate our problem. Good folks..honest people and respectful. Due to the virus..the men even wore mask. Highly recommend this company if you want reputable dealings. Randy and Linda Tucker Kerrville TX"

"Went well this install looks nicer than the old one...good job guys"

"Responsiveness was good. The work was good. I gave four stars instead of five stars for the following reason. After the replacing the pipe to my house, the water was turned on for us while we waited for the city inspection. Which was nice. However, as I was leaving for work the next morning, a water geyser was shooting up from the work area. I grabbed a wrench, used a screw driver to remove the water meter cover, and searched for the shut-off valve with water up to my elbows and shoes and pants getting soaked. I got the valve shut off. The water kept coming. That didn't make sense to me until the geyser stopped all of a sudden. It was coming from the neighbors sprinkler head, which was missing, which was right in the tug-out trench. I asked the plumber later if they had knocked the sprinkler head off as they were digging the trench and he said no, that it was already missing a head as they had came across it. Well that would have been nice to know. I could have told the neighbor not to run their sprinkler. I could have gone to work with dry shoes. I will give Plumber Near Me Kudo's - they did put their own sprinkler head on the neighbors pipe, which was nice."

"The plumber that i called to help me repair and replace my water heater Noah Grace, he was very kind honest and respectful he let me know what i was really dealing with without the big and scary horrors. He made it easy and fast with doing it in the same day from when i called i will for sure be using family grace plumbing in the future and i recommend to call on him not just because he’s a nice guy but because he made me feel like i was family."
