"Neely is a great guy. He came out to give me an estimate. I told him I wanted the shingles changed to a metal roof after the April 2016 hail storm. I have a 1920's house and it had one roof over another. The rooves had to be taken down to the rafters. He explained the mess from removing the 1920's roof so I would not be surprised. He went over the entire process and materials. He also told me I need better ventilation for the roof and recommended solar vents. It took longer than expected. He came out daily to inspect and found that his crew applied the plywood wrong. He had it completely removed and redone. I would have never known. One day the crew did not show up. He fired them and had a new crew out the next day. Afterwards my yard was a mess but his cleaning team was amazing. Neely came out for a final inspections, did another sweep for nails and agreed to fix the minor details that I wanted. The best part of his service was the constant communication. We had daily calls to fix problems immediately."

The other company’s rep showed me pictures of “damage” and said we should get a new roof. Chris, from Integrity Roofing, did a free inspection and told us that our roof was in good condition. He said that there were some small issues that did not need to be repaired. Chris was friendly and professional. If I do need roof repairs in the future, I will call Integrity Roofing."
