"Awoke to a basement in the process of flooding due to heavy rain. My thought was the drain to the septic tank was plugged with roots. Called a contractor to auger the drain and he said the septic tank was plugged so we dug up the lid of the tank. He then said it needed to be pumped and his company had a guy that did it. I couldnt get the pumper to make it out till the next day. Ended up calling Mac's after fining on angies list. Louie came out and looked over the situation and informed me the septic tank was fine and his estimation was the drain line was clogged with roots which is what I originally thought. We angered the drain line and all is working now. We determined that this problem was not going to get better so I had him quote me for replacing all of the drain lines from inside in the basement to the septic tank. <br />The quoted price was more than fair and work should commence shortly. <br /> <br />Overall was one of the best experiences with a contractor I have had. <br /> <br />I will definitely recommend to anyone who needs a plumber."
