I called him and left a message to get an estimate, he called me back two hours later, we set something up, and a few days later showed up, took notes, went home and gave me a written proposal the next morning. You get what you pay for, and I got more than I paid for, he went out of his way to take care of a few things that needed to be done that we didnâ t even discuss, and the best part, no extra hidden charge, which I totally appreciated! "This is the largest remodeling project we've ever done, so we didn't know what to expect. From the very first contact Kenny was personable and professional, and was instrumental in helping us decide our best options. We followed many of his suggestions, but when we didn't he was totally fine when we wanted to go a different direction. I'm probably not the easiest person to work for, and I'm sure Kenny had to feel some frustration at times with my demands, but he took it all in stride and always remained pleasant. There will always be hiccups in a job this size and I'll admit we had our share. When I felt Kenny missed something or didn't do something to my satisfaction I always brought it to his attention and he was quick to fix whatever it was. Fortunately it was very easy to communicate with Kenny, and I believe he felt the same way towards us which help the whole process go smoothly. The remodel took a little longer than we expected, but in the end we are satisfied with Kenny's work and would hire him again."

"The whole process was detailed and well done. This was in a new home construction and Curt took the time to make sure the vision I had was brought to life. He custom designed the medicine cabinet in the master bathroom. Had our countertops and vanities set at the height we requested. The only issue I had was some lack of communication to let me know when there were issues getting the one bathroom vanity and letting me know timing of when someone would be coming to do the installations. Other then that the we overall are pleased with the work done."

The representative even had his team remove and replace all of the studs that had become moldy and also put in new mold resistant drywall.
