The drain had a flaw from the original house construction. Scott analyzed the problem and knew how to fix it. Scott and Jarod efficiently replaced the bad joint with a free flowing elbow. They cut a clean hole in my driveway. Dug down to the pipe and replaced the bad joint. All that shows is a very neat concrete rectangular patch in my driveway. Good job! Pete"

"First we had a backup of our sewer into the kitchen sink. When they came out to clear the blockage, we found out that there was a break in our sewer line - an offset allowed the sewer to back up. Using a camera and other technology, they were able to locate the break - precisely - it was 9 feet below the surface. Working around the rain, the following people put their heart and sole into getting it fixed. Gabriel was in charge of the group - Frank ran the camera crew, Raul dug the hole down past the gas line, electric and water lines. Francisco and Martin did the power flush after the line was repaired. These guys worked IN THE RAIN to get the job completed in a timely manner. After RAUL dug below the service lines, a backhoe was used to complete the hole. I'm sorry, but I cannot remember the name of the operator of the backhoe. Again, superb work. As I'm sure you can tell - I am very pleased with this crew. Robert M. Irvin"

Then Anthony came out to do a furnace tune-up (using an Angie's List coupon). Then Tim and his crew came out to do the A/C install. All the experiences were professional and very well done. None of them tried to upsell me on useless things. They all gave good advice and explained things clearly. The A/C install uncovered a few surprises, naturally, like any older home.
