"Had a pressure reducing valve that went bad and didn't realize it was buried behind the water meter (Fla builders usually put in crawl space or garage); this caused my expansion tank and pressure relief valve to fail on water heater due to super high pressure. Crimson Long and his assistant from Hiller Plumbing came out earlier than scheduled appt. time, LISTENED to my encountered issues and repairs I had begun, were very PROFESSIONAL, Polite, and KNOWLEDGEABLE, provided an estimate for the PRV valve repairs and immediately began to solve my issue. Water heater is fixed, house is back protected with new PRV valve; I'm happy and the wife is ecstatic to have hot water back! Thanks Crimson Long and your asst. and Thank you Hiller Plumbing; your technicians have made me a customer for life.🙂"

"My kitchen faucet had terrible water pressure and they were able to quickly diagnose that the line had been clogged and that the aerator filter needed to be replaced. Took about 20 mins total to fix the issue and get everything back to working like new!"

"It was a Saturday and Jeremy came out as soon as he finished a job he was already at. Stopped the leak and came back on Sunday to install the faucets and cutoff valves. He was very personable and helpful. His rates are below what most others charge."

"Brad was great to work with. Very friendly and confident in his work. The recent cold and wet weather caused a few delays and issues, but when the weather got nicer, they were back on the job and fixed the few minor issues caused by the weather. The limestone foundation was had a lot of cracks and crevices, but was covered very well. Only found a few spots that were quickly fixed where the shadows and cracks hid whether it was painted thoroughly or not. The job site was kept straightened and the crew was courteous and professional. I'm sure I'll have paint work in the future and I know who I will be calling. Highly recommend."
