"Fraud! Nvirotect is not a reputable company! Steer clear! I have been a customer since 2021. Money wasted! Beware of Nvirotech Lawn Co! My experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. They promised a lush, green lawn but delivered dead patches and weeds. Despite several complaints and consistent communication about my dissatisfaction, their customer service employed fraudulent tactics. They led me to believe I had switched from an annual agreement to a month-to-month contract, providing them with additional months to improve their services and my lawn. After six more months of trying to give them a chance to improve, I finally decided to terminate my supposed month-to-month service. However, they then claimed I was never on a month-to-month agreement but was instead locked into an annual contract and demanded payment for a full 12 months of awful service. When I refused to pay, they sent me to a collections agency. Save your money, lawn, and time—avoid this fraudulent company at all costs!! Do yourself a favor and seek out another service. I have since reported them to the BBB."

"Overall process was great. I reached out and had a response within the hour. I called and explained what I needed. No sales pitch, just great service. Had me scheduled for the same day. Raul came out, removed the two animals and did a review of the house with suggestions to help seal and prevent. Very good service all around and fair pricing. "We had been invaded by german roaches due to bringing home some boxes that were infested. We could not even slow them down so we asked around about an exterminator and looked some up online. We found Chet's and had them come out. They have been treating our house and yard ever since. I liked that there was no spraying or bad smelling treatment. There was the orange gel or paste that they put around our kitchen. The best part is it worked great and within a few months we were roach free. I would advise anyone that needs this service to call Chet's. They do a great job. Frank comes every other month to make sure we have no repeat of the problem. "This is review is for the Fort Lauderdale office.While I was happy with the initial rodent trapping and proofing, I am quite unhappy with the office staff. I made an appointment for service, and no one showed up and no one called. When I called the office the day of the appointment, an office staff member told me that someone will come out by the end of that week or the next week. No one did come by Tuesday of the next week , and I did not receive a call or text. When I called back , I was told that my previous appointment was not valid, and no one will be able to come out for another three weeks. When I asked if someone could come out earlier because I had an initial earlier appointment, the young woman on the phone suggested that I use another business and would give me some recommendations for other pest removal services, which I found very rude and a very poor business practice.I also had some questions about my contract and asked to be transferred to a manager, and this young woman told me she couldn’t do that, and she couldn’t give me contact information about the manager—that it was against policy. These are very poor business practices. I don’t know if anyone will show for my appointment which is a whole month after my initial appointment and have no way to contact a manager. Also a delay in service increases the chances of the rodent problem reoccurring ."
