Not long after the return call a gentleman, Shawn, came to my mother home, looked at the problem, quoted me a price and assured me that two men would be there the next morning. Right as rain the two gentlemen were there the next morning with a huge truck, all set up and working away. They finished the work in the time quoted and my elderly mother was very happy to be back in her home. Everyone was prompt, polite and made a terrible problem come to a solution very quickly. I price compared two companies, Reliable was a bit more money but I liked the salesman and I believed the picture he painted. So much for "reliable", they are nothing of the sort. Horrible customer service and zero support after the sale. Run to another company as there are several others in the area to chose from."
