I found out it is difficult to get rid of yellow jackets unless you know exactly where they have build a nest.  One problem was a paper wasp nest had appeared on my front porch.  I alerted the workers to this upon our first meeting and then discussion.  However, after they had finished, I found the paper wasp nest had not been treated.  The firm provided a new worker the next day, but I was charged an additional $50, which was fair, since the original pest control was for yellow jackets. <br />"

"I called a few places about Box elder bugs.  Cooper's price wasnt the lowest - BUT, they will come out again if necessary without my having to purchase year round service for bugs I dont have (about $600 in addition to the box elder treatment).  I dont want to spray chemicals when I dont need to.  And you'd think a guarantee should be good enough to stand on its own.   <br /> My tech Jeff was prompt and thorough and explained everything to me.   I will be using Cooper for mosquitos next spring.  <br />"
