In the process he noticed a small problem with the dishwasher drain hose, explained it and offered to fix it as well, saying when he sees something wrong he wants to set it right. I let him do this quick job and it went well also. Jacob cleaned up and at the end and explained what to do if I had any problem with the installation or disposer. I am very happy with the work."
