"They can improve by, I am not too happy with the fact, there is a bent and scratch in the framework, there is a gap in one of the windows which can cause the window not to seal properly. I told them about it. they know about the scratch and said paint it. I financed it. They called me. I am going to call them and find out what they found out. They were going to call and ask them if they were going to come and fix this. Instead of my boyfriend doing it, I have a guarantee on it and now I am beginning to wonder if I really have a guarantee on it or not. I like the glass and I like the room. I just don't like those certain things on it. I thought it was a bit much for what I got. It took him a week. He would come in and do an hour or two, then be gone. I took off of work a couple of times to be there when he was working. He would come for a bit then be gone. It was crazy. I am not real happy with the fact that I would call them and they would not be there. I would have to call a different office to try to get someone to answer me. I had a window at the top that they evidently did not order until they started. It was going to take a week or 2 to come in. They told me they would put it in on the 10th. Again, I took off so that I could be there. I asked them what time they were going to be here. They said, no it just came in on the truck today, we are not going to install in until tomorrow. That is the 11th. You told me and my boyfriend the 10th. Then it rained and they couldn't do it then. On the 12th, they finally put it in."
