I had recurring problems with the control box.  This other company repeatedly told me in a condescending tone that I was not pushing the buttons hard enough or holding them down long enough.  I said the control box was broken, but they insisted that I was the problem.  Idiots!  So, I called Mike.  He agreed that the control box was the likely problem, gave me a quote over the phone, showed up on time, and replaced the control box very efficiently for the exact price quoted. The system now works flawlessly.  Mike is my new go-to sprinkler guy!
