The job including demo of existing structures in a semi-finished basement, installation of French drain and sump pump, and cleaning and painting of walls. They completed the job on time; AJ was responsive to a minor issue the cropped up as a result of the demo; and they left our basement very clean. They went above and beyond. We have had multiple heavy rains since the work was done, and our basement has remained dry. No issues at all. We could not be more pleased with the result."

"The company replied quickly and gave an estimate as requested. We were quoted for 2 new shut offs and 3-5 replacement shut offs. The plumber only brought 5 fittings, but he gave me the option to run to Home Depot to get more... I was also instructed to replace a hose which wasn?t leaking until after the repair, but it was easily fixed when I suggested to connect the new hose to the pipe rather than to the leaking hose. Sharkbite valves were installed. If I knew they were going to be used, I would have done the work myself. The plumber was proficient with the Sharkbites, I just expected that a pro plumbing company would solder. When the plumber left, there were no leaks, and I didn?t feel like making an issue of the other 2 valves which I wanted installed."

Nadir (the tech) was finishing up in my area and stopped by to help. They snaked my line from the house to the street for $380 and by 10pm they were finished and pulling out of my driveway. Great service and personality. Also, he informed me of a possible future issue without being the pushy salesman."

"Blue Man Plumbing, LLC called back quickly and cane out the same day to check on our toilet problem. They gave us an estimate of what it would cost for repair or replacement of the toilet. They were back the next day to install the replacement. Bathroom was kept clean when removing old toilet. All steps were taken to assure this was done. The Blue Man installer was knowledgeable and we would definitely use again for other fixtures."

"They are very expensive. Three workers showed up at 9:30 with shovels. They completed the project and were gone by 3. They replaced 20 feet of pipe with PVC the bill was 4,300. I feel it was a bit high. I expected that it would require a backhoe or at least a ground tamper to tamp down the dirt. They did the job well, however I would shop the price before hiring them."
