"I have been doing business with them for a couple of years now. They have always been responsive and show up when I call them out. They schedule your appointment within a time frame, but the technician does call before coming. With the contract, if you ever have an emergency, they put you at the top of the list. They also offer a discount on any repairs and come out twice a year to check the heating and air conditioning unit. I initially hired them for electrical and plumbing services when I needed a dishwashers installed into the home I had moved into. I chose them because they can complete all the work themselves instead of having to hire several other companies or subcontractors. They arrive on time to appointments and their prices are reasonable. Overall, I am very pleased with their services and I think that they are great!"

"Technicians came on time, very efficient and immediately diagnosed the problem, that the drain pump was not working right, and replaced it in no time. Tested our washer and it fixed the problem."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"The first garbage disposal that was installed rusted out.  They replaced it under warranty; however, they replaced it with the same kind.  It has rusted out again.  It has been approximately 5 months of trying to get them to take care of it like they said they would.  I have even been accused of putting something in it to rust it out.  They promise to call me and don't.  I have been told by the scheduler that he is too busy to worry about it.  I have even sent them pictures of the rust in an email and have yet to hear back from them.  They just keep putting me off.

I am an Oklahoma State Licensed journeyman plumber with more than 40 years of experience in the plumbing trade. I only work in the evenings and weekends, as I have a management job during the day, and I don't sleep very much. I prefer to sub-contract on home builds or full gut remodels, but will take on some smaller issues on a case by case basis. I am very knowledgeable of code requirements in my field, and will always pass any inspections that are needed. I am fairly priced, not the lowest, but far from the highest...and bring with me much more experience than about 95% of other persons in my trade. Please feel free to contact me with a bit of information regarding your project, and I will get back to you as soon as time permits. Thank you.
