RSanford Services returned our call quickly and confirmed an appointment. They were on time. Randy the owner came with a team, ready to just give us an estimate. Randy was patient with us, gave us an easy to understand explanation of the situation and gave us the estimate. It was better than expected. The job wasn’t easy, but the team got right to work, keeping us informed along the way. The home was built in 1994. Who ever did the piping used zip ties to hold this main pipe off the ground and at the appropriate angle. Due to a backup, the ties snapped, blocking the line. Randy and his men, cleaned up under the house, secured the pipe, back flushed the system and fixed the main section with a more efficient and stable system. They cleaned up professionally, were courteous and we would recommend them highly."

This project presented several unexpected problems which Taylor was able to resolve quite readily which exhibited his expertise and knowledge of his profession. He had given me a telephone estimate for two of the jobs but I asked him to do the third when he arrived and he only charged the original estimated amount which was quite reasonable and way less than I was quoted by a large plumbing outfit. Taylor is a professional and courteous young man and I will certainly recommend him and would use him in the future should the need arise."
