"Very smoothly. He confirmed my suspicions that the garbage disposal had quit working and was now clogging the drain. He was even professional about social distancing in this age of pandemics."

"Our technician was present for a two-hour period, during which all our issues were resolved. At 9 AM, Karl arrived ready to examine our drain issue and go over possible solutions. We agreed upon the best option, and he got to work. There was a minor complication; however, he was quick on the draw and adjusted the plan accordingly. After he fixed our drain blockage, Karl helped us make a plan to be more proactive in the future and to hopefully prevent this from happening again. The work provided by this company was high quality and professional, and we will be using them again in the future."
