He provided an estimate, discussed details, and remained involved throughout the entire process. Despite a rainy period of many days, Rich worked continually to get the job done, and do it right. He kept us informed of progress, and was responsive to any questions or concerns we had along the way. Rich and his workers arrived early each day, and worked a full day. The owner himself hired 2 men to complete the job. I thought he would supervise the job at least. The customer service by Lennie himself was excellent except he failed to include the cost of the paint in his estimate so I was surprised when I received a bill that was $80 over the estimate. ."
