"Aaron Wilson was very professional, gave honest feedback, and was very aware not to damage or make a mess of any area of the house he was working in or passing through to get to the work area. The work entailed the repair of one tile at the floor level with some re-grouting in one bathroom, and, in the second bathroom, the "grinding" out of the old, moldy grout and re-grouting where the tiles met the tub and the 2 corner tile tub areas from the tub level, upward to where the tiles stopped on the wall. Although the work was not major, I was appreciative that he did not nick the tub when he was cleaning out the old grout with his "grinding" tool!! It has been 7 weeks since the work was done, and I am still pleased with the results. Aaron also has a sense of humor."

The grout was cleaned, mold killed and removed and some areas needed grout replaced. What Guillermo did I didn’t think was possible. He and his assistant were nice, courteous and there was no mess left behind. His charge was very fair especially for the beautiful result. "

"We were sold a cleaner for the floors that needs to be diluted. We calculated the dilution to be 3 tsp to 25 oz of water after purchase. The cleaner was supposed to be given to us at time of cleaning but was only mailed to us after the job was completed when we learned of the dilution rate. We will never use the whole bottle of cleaner in our lifetimes due to the amount of cleaner and dilution requirements. It cost $50.00. Grout on kitchen floor looked a little better, while the cleaning of grouting on bathroom floors was done better. When I questioned the tech regarding the kitchen grout on the floor he said it would look lighter after it was dry. It didn't. Some type of white flecks were left on the kitchen cabinets that needed cleaning after the tech left. The main problem was that a fine crack reappeared in the kitchen granite behind the kitchen sink and ran to the back of the bay window. This crack had previously been repaired at the time of the crack and was not visible until after the work was done by Sureshine. Sureshine owner and tech had been notified before the work was done by them that there had been a crack shortly after the granite was installed and repaired at that time. Whatever Sureshine did reopened the fine crack. Sergio came on 04/27/2017 and looked at the fine crack and said it was barely visible and nothing would be done by them to repair it. He then immediately left. We will now have to hire a company to repair the crack. UPDATE - A second new crack on the front of the sink was only discovered after Sergio came out regarding the appearance of the crack line behind the kitchen sink. We feel that the crack in front of the sink must have occurred due to pressure created by the tech when the caulking was removed. UPDATE 5/24/2017: The owner Ted McFadden came out yesterday for 2 1/2 hours on the granite and the crack in front of the sink, you can see it but it is less visible, and the crack on the front is smoothed out and is not visible, and he was very cordial. He was very very gracious."

"<br>JJ came on time and cleaned and polished our granite and marble counter tops.  One of the black granite countertops had a stain on it, likely from a cleaning chemical.  I didn't think they would ever get it off, but it's gone!   <br> <br>Our marble countertop looked horrible after 7 years and had stains, scratches and other marks; after their treatment it actually looks new.  The owner said at the time of quoting that he could make it look new, but I didn't believe him.  He also regrouted some areas of this countertop that were not done right in the first place. <br> <br>In addition they cleaned some bathroom floor tile in 3 bathrooms that also had some deep stains and muddy looking grout.  They look new as well!  They also improved the appearance of certain areas I didn't expect them to work on. <br> <br> <br>The job cost exactly what they quoted.  The only thing they could improve, in my opinion, is to send a pdf invoice; instead the invoice was written out in an email. <br> <br> <br>I would absolutely use JJ again and recommend them to anyone.  They surpassed my expectations. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>"

"David Quintanilla was punctual, accommodating and provided a great education in granite/tile restoration. He is very knowledgeable because he does the work himself with his team that is family run. They restored our kitchen and bathroom countertops so they look like new. Amazingly, they also were able to remove all the mineral deposits and soap scum from the shower tile. His estimate was far below the other estimates we got so we were skeptical at first. But he is the real deal and did a beautiful job!"

"Very satisfied with Jackie and the crew at JP Carpet Care. I had seriously neglected the carpets in my apartment. (Impossible to overstate "seriously neglected." ) I told them I was not expecting miracles. Yet, they were able to make them look so much better, much better than I had even thought possible. And even when the carpet dried, the darkest and most notable dirt marks did not re-appear. (As I have experienced in the past) Also, the rooms did not have any bad odors that I have also experienced when dirty carpets are wetted. Jackie was very professional and friendly. She communicated appropriately and helped me re-schedule when I needed to, kept me informed as the crew left so I was prepared. I got the name of JP Carpet Care from a NextDoor recommendation in our area, from a user who is a building manager and uses them regularly for their apartments. So my review echoes her sentiments as well. Jackie made this very easy and I plan to be more much dedicated to keeping my carpets in better shape with regular care from JP Carpet Care. (It's like living in an brand new apartment!) Highly recommend"
