This company was wonderful.  George was very professional and recognized immediately not only where the problem was, but also knew that the problem was due to a rat or rats.  He put traps in areas that he felt would catch the rodent and within a few days he caught one.  His associate Thomas has come each week since and checks the traps.  He, too, is very responsible and fairly prompt.
