"They were pretty much good getting all the mosquitoes and everything that I needed to get out of the way they did a good excellent job I would recommend them again."

"The owner came out twice: once to put down long-term mosquito repellent & then the next day to spray the yard so that mosquitos would be killed immediately. Since the 2nd visit, I have had essentially no mosquitos (a few here & there). Prior to the treatment, I was unable to sit on my patio."

"Terminix was quick to respond and to get out here for a termite inspection, which is what we needed. However, they signed us up for pest control and said their agent would be out to care for us right away. So far haven’t seen him yet. Will give 5 stars if that turns out well."

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
