"It was fine. I don't remember if there was an extra fee. He didn't check the heads of our spigots. If he would have checked them with the spring opening of our sprinkling system, he would have realized that they needed to be replaced. Because he didn't do that we had water going into our lawn. He was good, he did what was needed. On the prince, the price was fine. It would be a C on quality, only because he didn't check the heads of the sprinklers."

My husband talked to the owner and the bill was <br />knocked down to $1200. We really didn't know what the issues were, how long they were at our house each visit etc. <br />In fact we didnt even know the work was completed until I happened to be off work one morning and saw the sprinklers spraying the yard, we received the bill a few days later. <br />Communication was very poor, we felt they should have kept us better informed and billed us through out the process. <br />We will probably still use them, just demand better communication and get estimates in writing. <br /> <br />"
