"It went well. They responded promptly to my request for service. Initial inspection of the attic, they believed we had squirrels and a huge birds' nest. They then closed/screened off all entry points. However, once I reported actually seeing a raccoon in the yard, they put out traps and a camera. The raccoon avoided the traps but Mike's Pest Control was persistent, regularly checking the traps and trying different baits. They didn't stop their attempts until the raccoon was caught. If I have any other incidents like this one, I will use them again."

"The people that I dealt with were nice enough, the price of $49 seemed fantastic, but the spraying did nothing to deter the ants. The ants were back that same day. I contacted a different exterminator that we had used in the past, and he got the job done the next day- no more ants. In hindsight, I should've contacted Southern Pest Control to tell them their spray didn't work. Maybe they would have re-sprayed, maybe they wouldn't have. In the end, I felt like the price was too good to be true, I wanted to avoid a potential argument and another period of waiting for them to return."

"<p>Tommy came to the house for a post-subterranean termite swarm inspection. He was punctual for the inspection and seemed knowledgeable on the subject. He suggested installing an access door under the stairway to get access to what was determined to be the termite tube access to the house. He inspected several rooms adjacent to where the termites were found, and was thorough and provided a quote on the spot.</p> <p>Upon selecting him for spot service. Tommy again was prompt for the appointment, and showed the location of the termite tube under the stairs where the termites had access to the house. He helped move my TV and stand to get access to the edge of the room for treatment. He worked efficiently to drill the access holes around the edge of the room (he pulled back the rug and cushion prior to drilling), mix the chemicals for treatment, spray under the stairs through the access door and around the edge of the room. He then cleaned the dust from the drilling, patched the drill holes, reset the rug and helped replace the TV stand and TV. We have a control service agreement on return of termites in the area that was treated. He inspected other parts of the house that were treated when I bought the house and around the outside for possible infestation/trouble spots. He was professional and could carry on a casual conversation when working. We will see if there the termites return, but so far I am more than satisfied with the service.</p> <br />"
