"The receptionist is very friendly and helpful with scheduling, had a scheduling conflict in the company, but they were very quick to let me know so we could reschedule. Driver/sprayer arrived early after calling, I appreciated that. He was friendly, identified all charges, gave me a receipt and charged my card quickly. Very friendly person, I walked him through the house and showed him where different bugs had been seen. When we were in the living room we opened a couple of windows to see where some ants had been and he forgot to close the window when he was done so the window was up over 24 hours, but the air was off and when I came home with the animals the next day there was not smell. I found a few fleas still alive, but did as I was instructed and didn't mop the floor, I did sweep and I bought a can of spray so that when I did see some still alive I sprayed them right there. As late as Sunday I saw a very few still alive and mainly in the garage. I know it takes time and they will be back to spray again as a retreat in about a week. I have confidence that the issue will be resolved. They appear to be professionals and I have no reason to think they won't stand behind their work. It was a good experience.
