A supervisor from Stone Creek Plumbing was here within 2 hours and a worker was digging up the mess within the next 45 minutes. I was very grateful they were quick to respond. It's no fun to be without water! The repair was made and the hole covered back in by about 3pm. The worker informed me along the way what he was doing, where the failure was and its cause, and he explained the type of replacement connection he was using. He cleaned up the area as best he could.
