"I hired the Insulation Co and it was the right choice. First let me say if you need crawl space services I whole heartedly recommend this company. The owner Jo, was so responsive, he listened to my needs and concerns, and every time I reached out to him prior to the work being done and even after it was done, he was so quick to respond. I will also add, Jo was very patient with my many questions. I needed the crawl space cleaned, sealed, and new heating ducts installed. This was a very difficult job as the crawl space has very low clearances. They did so many things like disinfecting, wrapping the plumbing, sealing the new ducting, sealing the crawl space from outside intruders. Very thorough!!! I cannot say enough good about the job the crew did, 4 folks the first day and 3 the second day. Raphael was the team lead and he was great to work with, he listened to the concerns that I had and kept me updated throughout the two day job. Raphael, would show me pictures when I had questions about things under the house. He was awesome to work with. My crawl space entry is in a small clothes closet in a carpeted room and this was a dirty job but you would not even know they had been here. They protected the carpet as well as our teak hardwoods that lead to the entry of the house. Outside was the same, no debris at all. Highly recommended!"

He assured us it just needed a quick cleanout and showed us how to install a better plug in the cleanout. He did a quick cleanout and didn't charge us anything. They also installed PU foam around the perimeter foundation walls to complete the insulation envelope of the house and a dehumidifier top keep the crawlspace area dry. In short, this work solved the problem we had and provided the added benefits of a more energy efficient and comfortable house due to the insulation as well as better indoor air quality.
