"Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, there are enough Pest Control Companies that conduct business in an ethical manner, save yourself the headache before its too late. They claim to service from property line to property line but yet, I have the same pests as I did before. Due to this, I called to cancel my service after 2 full servicing's and one spot treatment and not seeing a reduction in pests. Nothing is more frustrating than paying for a service and still have to deal with the inconvenience in which the service is suppose to alleviate. During the cancelation, I was told I would be responsible for the cancelation fee, to which I was reluctant because they were not providing the services they had promised and there for not holding up their end of the deal. I can understand differently if it was due to my own reasons and not the quality of service they are providing. "I would never ever hire this company again. This company will make your life miserable and cause you a lot of unnecessary stress. If you hire this company, please make sure you can go to top of the roof and inspect their work once it is done. Initially, they send couple great employees to inspect the chimney and give an estimate which makes one think that he or she is hiring a great company. However, the work they do can be better by ten years old. This company provides bad quality of work and poor workmanship and they make a lot of excuses and false statements. Again, please make sure you can inspect their work if you hire this company. I would not give them a single penny until they finish the work and it is inspected by the home owner. I found many mistakes and damages to my existing shingles. Be very careful."
