"We had a clogged drain in a second bathroom that overflowed into the tub. Even though it happened on Sunday night, Bobby Owen was at our home within an hour. The tools in his work van were well organized for easy access, and he arrived fully equipped to fix any problem without having to make a separate trip. Before clearing the drain, he used a snake with a camera attached to identify the exact location of the clog in the pipe. Bobby showed us what the camera had found (before and after) and exactly where the problem was in relation to a connecting drain in the master bathroom. We appreciated the fact that he showed us the clog on camera, explained what we needed to watch for in the future, and then cleared it all the way through to the master. Bobby worked quickly but thoroughly to fix the problem to our satisfaction (which the camera confirmed). He was friendly, well experienced, his price was fair. "Called Advance Plumbing Service because of a water line leaking under one of my rental houses. They stated they could be there in 30-35 minutes. About 20 minutes later, they pulled in the driveway. John quickly located the leak and turned the water off. John explained that I had a 3/4" hot water line leaking and that he could repair it for $60. I told him I was expecting it to be more being that it was the weekend. He explained that his rates were the same any day of the week. Because his price was so reasonable, I asked him to give me a price to replace the water heater as well. The tenant had complained that the hot water ran out very quickly. John checked out the heating elements and thermostats on the water heater and determined that the lower element was bad. He offered to repair it rather than selling me a new one. I appreciated this gesture but I had him give me a price for a new water heater as well as fixing the leak under the house and his price was $675. I was very pleased with that price and told him to go ahead. John immediately called another one of his guys to bring a new water heater and he started with the leak repair. Within 1 hour and 20 minutes of his arrival, the leak was repaired and the new water heater was installed. I could not have been more pleased. When John handed me the invoice it was only $625. I told him he had quoted me $675. He said that the job went exceptionally smooth and that $625 was all I owed him. I could not have been more impressed with Advance Plumbing Services punctuality, professionalism or price. I will be using them from here on out for all of my personal plumbing needs as well as my rental properties."

"It went great.  We had received other estimates that were higher.  They had given us credit from where they had to clean the main sewage out before from the broken line that was catching paper.  That was a little over $200.  They did a neat job digging, taking care not to dig out a hole bigger than needed, placed the dirt on plastic and placing the grass back so that it would grow properly.  They replaced the connection.  It took about 4 hours and they were finished.  When they had to come in the house to check  the water flow,  they wore booties on their shoes so they wouldn't get dirt on the floor.  All is well and they did a superb job."
