I initially reached out to him 3 months before I actually intended to do the work, and he was still very gracious with his time and provided some great recommendations. When we decided to move forward he and his team were prompt, professional, and hit the tight deadline I had put them under. I was doing multiple projects at the property that week but Eddie made sure everything was completed exactly how we wanted. Oh, and the floors look great! Am considering hiring him again to install the floors in the basement. Just an overall pleasure to work with. Would recommend!"

John and his crew did an amazing job restoring and refinishing our flooring. The attention to detail was impressive, and they even tackled things we didn't expect, like attaching some of our molding that had come unglued (in the past) back to our walls. We felt completely comfortable entrusting all of the details to Design Wood Floors and simply went on vacation, returning a week later to the hardwood floors of our dreams.
