He also suggested vendors to work with and suggested meeting them to choose materials (which was the other cost of course). That was very helpful. Jeff was always available via text or phone. Mostly text. He was the point person if I had concerns. Always gracious. Happy to weigh in if I wasn't sure about something. He has a number of people who he works with and they were all very professional and everyone always cleaned up when they left for the day. I felt very fortunate to have Jeff commit to my project since my bathroom is extremely small (two people standing in it is a crowd) and it can be tough to find someone who will work on a small project."

"Everything went well.? Bob and his crew are true professionals.? I had a few ideas about how I wanted the basement to look but wasn't sure? how it could be done in a relatively small space.? I live in a condo/townhouse and only wanted half the basement finished.? Bob was very helpful with his design ideas and I was totally impressed with the results.? He exceeded my expectations by finishing the task on time and maybe a few days early.? He is very upfront with costs, expectations, and time management.? He frequently updated me with his teams productivity and wanted my input regarding such.? The results are fabulous!? My friends have complimented the fact that I still have plenty of "storage space" in the unfinished part of my basement and a beautiful room in the other.? This room consists of a reading nook with under-the-bench storage and above shelving; a small office area; and a room for watching t.v. and entertaining.? "Carlos was highly professional, courteous, pleasure to deal with. I selected the color, they managed to partly do the job before I understood that the color was wrong. Carlos has given me good recommendations before the start, I did not follow them and then regretted as a result. I made a decision to repaint with the recommended paint, was glad I did that. Carlos was polite and very quickly did the repainting without any aggravations. Also, a small tile job in the bathrooms was done - tile strips one tile wide was put on both sides of the tubs in both bathrooms. It was well done. Carlos came with sufficient number of people in the team so they managed to complete the job in 3 days. I am very satisfied with the job he has done. As to the pricing, he is on the level of other painters I called. I put "B" above because a little lower pricing would be nicer."

"We recently had a very large bathroom remodel done by Tom and the team from Kats Construction. The quality of work done by the team was excellent, and Tom kept in frequent communication via calls and texts throughout the project. The cost was very reasonable, and Tom worked with us through several changes in plan that occurred throughout the project. This was a fairly complicated job with a lot of custom work, and Tom continuously worked to make sure every detail was taken care of exactly how we wanted, and to keep us at ease throughout the project. Itâ s hard to find people who take the time to get the job done right and take pride in their work, but Tom and his team are definitely those types. "I hired Quality Construction (QC) to remodel my condo for sale. QC removed the old carpets and installed bamboo flooring through out living room and kitchen. The bamboo flooring came out beautiful. QC took the time to take care of every little corner to make sure there was no gap. Then I hired QC to remodel my kitchen, painted all walls and put in granite counter top.  The kitchen looks lovely. Then I hired QC to build a new stand up shower in my half bathroom great design he came up with on the first floor. QC installed ceramic tile 12 x 24 in my shower, install marble floor, cherry oak vanity black granite top, very nice medicine cabinet ,track lighting, painted all the walls.  All finished work came out marvelous. Next I hired QC to remodel my bathroom upstairs install new tub,marble floor, ceramic tiles 12 x 24 all around shower walls, cherry oak vanity black granite top,very nice medicine cabinet, track lighting n painted all the walls. QC workmanship very neat, very clean,take's the extra time that's needed for a great job.He is punctuate and reliable.  Not to mention that his price is very reasonable.  All my friends and relatives couldn't stop commenting how nice the remodeled unit looks like.  The remodeled unit looks so lovely that I almost changed my mind of selling it. Thanks to QC, my remodeled condo turns out so attractive that I sold the unit at one showing. I highly recommend QC for any remodeling work.  As a matter of fact, QC is remodeling the new home I just purchased and also putting in a two car garage for my new home now.  Be glad to tell you all about it later."
