They had to come back a couple of times over several weeks before they were certain all of the bats were gone. Once they were they sealed up the opening where they had gotten in. "We got a call from our neighbor on a Saturday that she'd entered our house to water plants and immediately got bitten by dozens of fleas jumping on her leg. We were out of town, but we decided to find an exterminator who could come to the house right away and our neighbor could let him in. On our third call, the gentleman at Professional Pest Control said he could do it right away. He came over practically immediately, was let in the house, and sprayed everywhere, up and down, to kill hundreds of fleas. We spoke to him on the phone afterwards, and he described what he'd done and said he'd be back Monday morning to check and give us another spray just to be sure. We returned home Sunday and saw no signs of live fleas, but many dead ones. We could sleep in comfort. He came over promptly on Monday and did it all again just to make sure. Our exterminator was prompt, friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable about the flea life cycle and flea prevention. We were both very impressed. We chose chemicals rather than natural prevention because of the size of the infestation. The smell dissipated fairly quickly. There is a 7 month guarantee on the service. The exterminator said to just call if there was a problem. I felt he was very trustworthy and sincere. That was almost a month ago, and so far, so good. The cost was higher because of the weekend time. It was worth it to us, though, to have it over and done. I would recommend this business without exception for an all-around good experience."

"The Squirrel removal went well. But part of the contract was repair of the hole that the squirrels came in through. While the technicians covered the hole with wire mesh, they did not repair it. MN Wild Animal Management has not responded to emails or phone calls over the past 3 or so months."
