Company sales service is better than others but needs improvement in communications throughout with customer/client relations. Be specific about Roofing Team members using non-team equipment and/or moving non-team items without permission. Also clean-up of non-team items before roofing team leaves location. When lunch time arrives, ensure all roofing team members leave location to go and get lunch which includes using lunch facility restroom, if needed, before returning work site to continue roof work. Overall, Roofing Teams work was fast. Now to await results of the Inspection Department representative."

"I was contacted by the office staff to make arrangements for the roof repair. Communication was excellent. They crew arrived when they said and began work immediately. The old shingles were removed shortly after noon of the first day. Several sheets of OSB needed to be replaced because of rotten spots. I saw each one and new each needed replacement. The crew did a great job of removing and replacing each sheet. By the end of the first day all OSB along with, the new felt material was placed upon the roof, plus the crew began the metal eaves drips. Before the end of the second day the new shingles were all replaced."

"I emailed the company on a weekend and the owner was at my house on the following Monday to provide a quote. We signed the paperwork, and a week later on Tuesday the crew showed up to begin the installation. On Friday it was complete. <br /> The company owner spent several hours with us talking about the roof, the materials, the process and answering any questions that we had. The crew manager then came to get exact measurements and look over the house.  <br /> I was impressed with the installation team. They were obviously very experienced in installing metal roofs. My house is pretty tall and the roof is steep, but they had no problems at all. It was also one of the hottest weeks we have had but I never heard any complaints. They were professional, courteous and friendly.  Also, the cleanup was excellent. There was no damage at all to the lawn or shrubbery. <br /> Overall I am very pleased.
