They were careful and accurate with their masking and protection of surfaces not to be painted, splattered, or over-sprayed. They filled nail holes, nicks, and cracks in the walls and trim and primed old enamel paint. Painting was smooth without thin spots or drips, runs, etc. They started on time and finished quickly on schedule. They left the house clean."

"Eric and the rest of the workers and employees at 247 painting were so amazing. They took such great care in painting my new house for move in!! I wanted some really out there colors for my backsplash and my accent walls in my bedrooms and it came out so great and so clean the edges were so crisp I am so happy. The customer service was top tier. They were so attentive and professional. Everyone equally had enough knowledge to answer my many questions so the process went very smoothly. "I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. The roof looks great after the work was completed. I would hire them again."

"I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."

"Joshua is really thorough and professional.  He stuck to his start time and gave approximate end times that he delivered.  His quote was accurate.   He sent pictures, kept receipts and delivered what he said he would do.
We had two changes that needed to happen that required some added labor and materials, but Joshua was cool about it.  He even came on a saturday to do a final walk through.  Which I thought was very cool.  
The pergola went up quickly and was what I drew.  
The changes inside the house he did very clean and neat.  He had to cut back an archway and then replace some tile.
I have no hesitation recommending him or using him in the future.

"At first, I did not believe that I could get solar for zero down.  I listened to radio commercial and couldn't believe it.  And if I did, the work would not be professional.  Everything met or exceeded our expectations.  The hardest part was going through the finance process.  After a lengthy phone call, and waiting, we were declined.  About two weeks later, we received a phone call saying that they were able to approve us.
They were courteous, always calling before appointments and having people here when the city would come for inspections(even though it might be hours before the city would come).  They cleaned up daily and the workmanship was top notch.  They even matched colors, you could not tell work had been done.
It's fun to watch the meter run backwards.  Although I have not received my first bills so I don't know exactly what i have saved, according to my calculations it will be well worth the change.

"Very detail oriented. Ensured every part was fastened properly and methodically, that water would drain away from the house correctly, and the roof would was secure in case of earthquakes. Inspected overall condition of roof as well. Also took note of any future issues that may develop from weather/wear and tear with other structural parts of the home. Punctual for both consultation and for the day of work. Excellent value and would hire again for future roofing or contracting needs.
