"I should have written this review long ago-but here I am looking for a roofer on Angies List and decided sing Neils praises as I found him on Angies List last yr. Very few painters paint kitchen cabinets but he does! Lucky you.:)
-He was responsive professional and did an excellent job . He was extremely neat and meticulous.  I was considering painting the cabinets myself but I wanted a quality job-and they look terrific 18 mos later-No nicks-easy to clean . He removed the doors and drawers-sanded them and painted them and then reinstalled everything with new hinges and hardware.  I wanted a little bit of a country look-and a lighter kitchen as the cabinets were solid dark wood -I debated over wall color for some time after the maple flooring and granite counters were installed and he was very patient-offering suggestions and trying out several swatches of color. He was very helpful through the entire process. The kitchen looks great -I would definitely hire Neil again-

"All of the work was done professionally and with a great deal of care. All of the workers were prompt and very hard working. When we had questions or concerns, Higgins was there to listen and adjust the plan to meet our concerns. We had some damaged wood that was in need of repair and they took care of that for us. We were also provided some other recommendations to make sure that areas were sealed properly, and they took care of those areas for us. Lastly, their suggestions for painting certain trim work and gutters different colors, really did a number for bringing the whole look together. The whole time, they were committed to making sure that we were happy with the work being done, and that was very comforting to know. Mark was prompt in giving us a quote that matched or bested any other that we received. We had used his firm before so our confidence that they would do an excellent job was confirmed. They were able to fit us into their schedule with short notice. It only took three days for what we thought would be at least 5 given the size of the project. This was due to their efficient methods and use of manpower. They were able to provide the exact paint colors that we had selected.
