"Yesterday We had sewage backing up into the basement bath through toilet and shower. When I called Roto-Rooter I was advised that before they come out we should make sure it is not a septic tank issue. When I checked, the tank was full. I was able to get it pumped out this morning. The sewage was still backing up. I called Roto-Rooter again and Toan and George were able to come quickly, unclog the pipe to the septic tank through the clean out hole, and show me a video of the condition of the cast iron pipe that is 56 years old and deteriorating. They advised getting the portion of the pipe that ran from the house to the clean out hole replaced and prepared a proposal for that. A second proposal for shooting an inside liner up the entire pipe was prepared. I was especially pleased with the quick response and being able to see the video of the cast iron pipes."
