Shawn came after dark and spend two hours in pretty cold weather sealing all possible entry points around the home with metal, foam, and a combination. He explained the process and the time-line of his treatment. He's not cheap, but I would hire him again. Although he and we expect to never again have this problem."

"we had insulation blown into the house on a friday. Over the weekend yellow jackets appeared downstairs in our basement which right now is a bedroom. By Tuesday we were getting stung. I called Able Tuesday morning and Ryan was at my house at 4:00. He found a nest in our wall that he found to be "remarkable", about 16" in diameter. He got into his suit and got to work, the job was complete about 45 minutes later. Ryan is a very professional young man, a pleasure to do business with. "I called 3 pest removal companies before Action and none had returned my call yet. Tim got back to me within about a half hour. I spoke to him on a Thursday and he had someone come by Monday (they're not open over the weekend). Only my husband was home when Chad came on Monday and he said he was nice and professional. I wasn't expecting the problem to be mice so I didn't think to ask in advance what their process is. Bait was set in the basement and a few holes filled on the outside of the house. I called a couple days after Chad came because I was worried about what would happen if a mouse got into the main part of the house and my cat got it/ate it. Tim called me back that day and assured me that their bait did not cause secondary poisoning and said to call him back if I was still having an issue in 2 weeks. After a few days I wasn't hearing the scurrying in the walls and ceiling any more. I now have have the smell of dead mouse in one of my rooms. The con is that part of my house stinks now but the pro is that the mice are (hopefully all) dead. I might look into different methods if I have a mice issue again but I really appreciated that Tim responded to me in a timely manner before and after the service was done and Chad showed up on time which is honestly hard to come by with a lot of businesses these days."

"Bill was wonderful to work with from the initial phone call to the actual inspection. He made the process so easy for my husband I (first time home buyers!). I called Bill around 4:00 on Tuesday and he was able to do the inspection at 1:00 PM the next day. He was very patient with me as I had to go back and forth with my realtor trying to get permission from the sellers to access the house. "Gary was able to diagnose the problem before he even got to our house. He really knows a lot about all kinds of wildlife! When he arrived he confirmed that we had flying squirrels. Gary knew exactly how to go about getting rid of them in a way that was quick and effective. He provides a 2-year warranty on any future problem related to the flying squirrel removal. He also provided an assessment of other areas of our house that may be susceptible to mice, etc. He set some traps and sealed up areas of entry.
