"Everything was great except the price to replace a toilet shut off valve was $700 --- way too expense/overpriced."

"Joe was able to correct the problem while I was away. It's hard to get reliable contractors on the east end of long island on the north fork. He replaced the parts with a better set up where I could remove parts of my oudoor sink for the winter. He took pictures of the final job and emailed them to me. Price was very reasonable. I'm very satisfied overall."

"TPK LLC did an amazing job unclogging my kitchen drain. They were professional, quick, and got everything flowing perfectly again. Great communication, fair pricing, and excellent service. Highly recommend!"

"I had a handyman replace my sink and vanity in the bathroom of my home. He was very reliable. He took ownership and returned to fix a leaky faucet. He took care of the issue immediately. Fantastic customer service."

"Spoke directly with the owner on a hot day when the air conditioner stopped working.  He had a crew there within two hours.  They quickly identified and repaired the problem (electrical connections), tested the system and coolant levels, and provided options for updating in the future.  They were fast, friendly and professional.  I would use them again without hesitation.  By the way, I am not a returning customer - I found them on Angie's List that day.

"Went well. Called for septic to be pumped on a Saturday afternoon. He was in the area on another job and came when he was done. Told us the overflow needed pumping also but would have to come back another day to do that since his truck was full. Got the septic pumped out and came back 10 days later to pump and aerate the overflow. Put the patch of grass back that he had to dig up to get to it. You'd never know he did anything there. Very pleased with his work. Bob was very professional, had told us the prices up front. Would definitely use him again. Price includes taxes and discounts from coupon."

"They did a great job. Removed leaf net and cover, attached pump and hoses, and put in the chemicals. Returned after the pool was filled and water clear to power vac, treat and stabilize. Pool looks amazing. I couldn't be happier!

"Everything went great. Jesse was informative, polite, professional, and punctual. Our sump pump was replaced in a timely fashion and working perfectly for the rainy spring season."

"We had an emergency sewer backup this weekend at 4:00am and TJ (the owner) was there within hours. He was unbelievably professional and courteous. We finally found someone who cared about doing the right job at a more than reasonable price. This was a pretty difficult fix due to a washer/dryer issue and he came back twice and stayed until 9:45pm to get everything done. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with his service. I highly recommend you use him and his company Dynamic Drain for any needs related to sewers, cesspools, plumbing, etc. A kind and caring business person you can trust. So hard to find!!!!"

Each gentleman from this business was polite, courteous, and hard working. I felt so badly because the concrete the men had to drill through was much thicker than expected and the water since the ground was so saturated kept flowing in and so they had to do so much extra work! They did not complain one bit and worked so incredibly hard to finish in a timely manner and unfortunately for them it took them until almost 6pm but they worked diligently until the job was done! I was so impressed with everyone from start to finish and appreciated all they did to keep everything clean and tidy up after themselves. I would definitely hire them again if needed and I highly recommend them! I thought the price was very fair especially in light of all the extra work but they did not charge me extra money for that!
