"Professional, prompt, and efficient service. Replaced a laundry sink and drain for washer. Technician was great at explaining the options and costs. Stuck to my budget."

"From the moment I contacted Evergreen Insulation, their professionalism and dedication were evident. They promptly scheduled a visit to assess the crawlspace and discuss my insulation needs. What impressed me the most was their willingness to tackle the challenging nature of the space, which had deterred other companies from taking on the project. Upon inspection, the team at this company thoroughly explained the difficulties involved in working with my crawlspace. They highlighted the unique obstacles, tight access points, and the need for meticulous attention to detail. Despite these challenges, they remained undeterred and assured me that they were up to the task. When it came to pricing, I was pleasantly surprised. Unlike other companies that had inflated their quotes due to the complexity of the job, this company provided a fair and transparent estimate. They took the time to explain the breakdown of costs, assuring me that their pricing was based on the actual requirements of the project rather than exploiting the challenging nature of the crawlspace. During the insulation installation, the team demonstrated their expertise and commitment to excellence. They meticulously navigated the tight spaces, ensuring every corner and crevice was properly insulated. Their attention to detail was commendable, and they made sure to address any concerns or questions I had along the way. The results were nothing short of exceptional. Despite the inherent difficulties, the crawlspace was flawlessly insulated, providing me with improved energy efficiency and a more comfortable living environment. The level of craftsmanship and dedication exhibited by this company truly surpassed my expectations. I cannot recommend this company enough for their outstanding work on my challenging crawlspace. Their fair pricing, professionalism, and commitment to delivering exceptional results set them apart from the competition. If you're in need of crawlspace insulation, don't hesitate to reach out to this company!"

"Really enjoyed working with this company. They have top notch communication that automatically keeps you updated on the status of the appointment, when they will be arriving, and who to expect. A photo ID of Kyle was sent to me before he arrived, which was very helpful in knowing who to expect. Pricing was reasonable, and inline with other services. I like that they offer discounts to veterans. The faucet replacement was done quickly, and very professionally. The new faucet is solidly installed. No leaks or loose fittings. Very pleased! I will be choosing this company again for future plumbing jobs I have planned."

"We had an overall ok experience with Hunt's Services. Scheduling felt impersonal. After I tried to contact them through Angi, a system-sent text message directed me to their website to start the communication process all over again. Eventually someone did call to set up an appointment. Their system does not, however, appear capable of offering an appointment time or even a time window. They only offered a scheduled day and then 30 minutes notice when a technician was on their way. Fortunately, I am able to work from home and be flexible about breaks, so this worked ok for me. But for someone who needs to actually go to work or run errands, they may not be your best option. Pricing seemed a bit high. The cost to replace our leaky faucet was at the high end (or possibly higher) of what the internet seemed to indicate was normal for that service. Also, I didn't really need the faucet installed, since I'm reasonably handy at these things. I only needed the old one removed since it was apparently damaged and stuck in place (they eventually needed a Sawzall to remove it). But that service wasn't on their pre-defined menu of procedures, so full replacement was the only option they were able to quote. We needed the leak fixed, so we chose to have them complete the entire job rather than seeing if we could find someone else to do the work. Workmanship was decent. The replacement faucet was installed without leaks. The drain stopper was installed backwards, however, which meant that it couldn't be removed for cleaning or maintenance. I needed to partially disassemble the drain in order to correct this. It wasn't a big deal, but didn't feel like it should be necessary. All that being said, the leak that existed when they showed up was no longer there by the time they left. The technicians themselves were courteous and efficient. So they did fulfil our primary need in hiring a plumber. But we'll probably look at other options, or at least get more quotes for comparison, the next time we need something like this taken care of."

"Replacement went very well. Work was able to be performed on the same day thankfully. Process was explained prior to start so there were no surprises or unexpected costs which was nice to know upfront. Will definitely use Ally again!"

"Their work was very professional and courteous. The perimeter drain involved a lot of jackhammering, and hauling buckets of concrete/rubble out, as well as mixing bags of concrete and hauling many bags of concrete. All *very* labor intensive. While on the worksite, they accidentally struck three sewer lines, and performed repairs. Some of these repairs required extra work, which we negotiated to my satisfaction with their supervisor before the job was complete. The drain itself has been in place for one full year now, and has certainly prevented my basement from flooding at least 5 times this winter. I can hear the drain pipe discharging into the sump well when we are at flood stage. The pump, drain, and discharge work all as expected, except for one caveat. The bid was for a complete perimeter drain along the basement cold seam, except where the basement fireplace is located. It terminates at both sides. When receiving the bid, I asked if that was going to be a problem, he said no - there was sufficient drainage to intercept any water on either side of the fireplace. Later that season, I contacted Permadry because we noticed visible wet spots on either side of the fireplace in the few inches between the fireplace and the end of the drains. This, and the continued efflorescence in the brick meant that we had a moisture issue on the fireplace. Upon contacting them, they told me that they do not do fireplace work. I reminded them that they stood by a lifetime guarantee for their work. They reminded me that it doesn't include fireplaces. So, I have minor water intrusion next to my fireplace that they were unwilling to inspect or troubleshoot. But my basement isn't flooding. Later that Spring, when conducting a sewer repipe under the house, we uncovered debris (cast iron and rubble) that had gone into one of punctured sewer pipes, and had traveled 8 feet. The unforseen work is always unforseen. However, my pipe repairs could have been problematic. During our repipe, we re-laid all the pipe Permadry repaired. And, while their repairs were serviceable, they were not done as a plumber would have and could have caused problems in the long term. The debris certainly would have. While this review may sound overly-critical, I am not critical of this company. I had a very large, unpleasant job and they carried it out with great professionalism. I would hire them again. Unless I can find a company that includes fireplaces in their waterproofing work."

"From start to finish job was done professionally and quickly. Price was fair and crew was pleasant to work with. If you’re needing sewer line replacement good place to go to"

"Greg did a very well job at finding what things needed to be corrected and repaired. He was very easy to work with. He is very professional."

"I was very happy with the repair. The guys were very friendly and easy to work with. The project took much longer than expected due to the amount of concrete that had to be removed before the new post could be reset.  The time involved raised the total cost of the repair considerably.  The new gate latch has jammed and has not yet been fixed--the gate can't be latched."
