They were able to come out next day and treat my home. Adrian arrived on time and he was very knowledgeable. He was very respectful and did a good job of helping me understand the whole process of treating my home. The treatment was two days ago so as for now my 5 star rating is for the customer service that i’ve received so far, not for the treatment because it is too soon to tell. When I called to cancel the young lady I spoke to was rude and said I would still have to pay them for 11 more months. My service was on the 13th and I called on the 18th She said I had only 3 days to cancel. I canceled in 5 days 2 of which were weekend days Please be careful when entering into an agreement with this company"
