"KDK is a family owned local company that is totally devoted to excellence. Dave and his team were amazing and made sure that we understood what was happening every step of the way. This was a full master bathroom remodel beginning demolition to remove everything down to the bones. Dave assisted with selecting all of the required supplies - tile, vanities, tub, toilet, lights, mirrors etc but all decisions were ours to make. We used Dave’s network of suppliers for the additional work required. We needed an electrician (MRS Solutions) since we opted for a heated floor and also a separate contractor (Brown’s Glass Shop) to install the glass shower. Everyone recommended by Dave was top notch and I will use them again for any projects that requires their expertise. To sum it up, we could not have asked for a better experience and to top it off Dave and his team are extremely friendly and personable, our dogs would welcome them back each day. Highly recommend and we will hire again."

"This project turned out exactly how I had envisioned and even better than expected. The overall project was to finish a basement, and remodel our mud room into a new laundry room. On initial meeting, they were very receptive to my vision and ideas (even though I have limited knowledge on remodeling projects). The overall estimate was fair and within my budget, with some room for unexpected changes. Once the project got started, Edwin and his crew went over with me the general concepts of the projects and discussed some design planning ideas. The process was very efficient and Edwin checked in with me at regular intervals during the project to confirm my choices and that the project with going according to plan. The team and Mir were also very accommodating when problems did arise or there were unexpected changes. The overall job came out completed to plan, and very professional. I enjoyed working with them and definitely would hire them again for future home projects. There was no question that we wanted Steve Everett of Dream Maker Bath and Kitchen to remodel our bathroom, as he had remodeled our kitchen 2 years ago and we were very familiar with his integrity, professionalism, skill and dedication. It took about 5 weeks to complete the job, and that is about what we expected. Steve hires only top notch professionals to work with him, so they were all very skilled, hard working, prompt, pleasant and made every effort to coordinate their schedule and to minimize disruption to our household. They removed part of a wall, which enlarged our bath to accommodate an extra set of storage cabinets, and made a porcelain tiled shelf on the window box behind the free standing tub. We joked that it would be a great place to set a wine glass! Our old shower was enlarged and replaced with a glass enclosed, tiled shower. The dual sinks were replaced along with the cabinets and counter top. Flooring was replaced with porcelain tile. We love our "new" master bath and kitchen! Every day feels like we are on vacation and staying in a luxury condo! If you have an idea for your kitchen and/or bath, Steve Everett can make it come to life! We highly recommend him!"

"We had the best experience with American Home Pride. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and above all exceed our expectation on all the work they performed. We are remodeling our home and initially hired them for drywall and painting. Their work was excellent and we needed our flooring installed so we had them install our flooring through the house as well. It was done perfectly and it looks beautiful. They went above and beyond and were extremely affordable. Brad and Romero were very detailed and worked to make it perfect. The customer service was great as well - Jim was always checking to make sure we were satisfied with the work performed and would have any modifications done if we needed them. In addition, they performed all work on schedule. I am very satisfied and will use them again for upcoming remodeling work. I would highly recommend them for any size job."

"Jose and his crew are outstanding. Their attention to detail, cleanliness, and respect of our home was incredible. Jose is so easy to work with and he is accessible almost 24/7. I would highly recommend Munoz construction and my family will never use another contractor besides Jose. Bathroom #1 - this bathroom had major issues. The floor was damaged and the shower was leaking. Jose replaced the entire subfloor, shower/tub, title, vanity, and all electrical. This was a major job. Everything was strengthened and given strong structural support. It is now extremely safe and beautiful. Bathroom 2 - the master shower also had a leak and poor tile work from a previous remodel. Jose replaced all the tile and rebuilt the shower pan. He was able to save an expensive shower door from the previous remodel. We also decided to replace the title floor during the remodel and it was not an issue and Jose never questioned our request. LVP Floors - Jose replaced the kitchen, dining room, hallways, and stairs with LVP. Selecting the product was simple and Jose was helpful throughout the entire process. The product was of high quality and is extremely durable. The stairs were replaced with wood and painted to match the LVP. This was done for durability and quality. The stairs match the LVP perfectly. All the walls were also painted. There was some drywall repair throughout the process too. Jose made sure to strengthen all the walls and it looks fantastic. Seriously, we couldn’t be happier with this job. I wish we would have found him years ago so we wouldn’t have had to redo a previously completed renovation done by another company. We highly recommend Jose and Munoz Construction for any and all jobs."
