"Taylor came the same day. He opened the damper and could see scratch marks but no animal. He went to the roof and discovered some type of nest being built and 1 of the grates off. The other grate was loose. He got materials and secured both grates. I paid him, and he left. About 1 hour later, I heard the noise again and called him. He came back at 5 PM (after his last job) and re-opened the damper and determined that a squirrel was there and had been hiding in a corner when he looked the first time. He removed the squirrel and did not charge me extra for coming back and working another hour."

If I ask, I leave my gate open and they are outside putting out something. Sometimes I had an experience that roaches come back between the time that they are supposed to come for the twice a year visit. They will come out with no charge to put out more baits.
