"Neo did an excellent job replacing the pedestal sink in our very old condo. He left the area very clean. He was quick to respond to our questions before and after the work and was always courteous."

"This company was excellent to work with from beginning to end. My geothermal well pump that controls my HVAC was not working in the middle of August. I was looking for a new company as I had grown unhappy with the prior company. I had reached out to a few companies. Clear Water not only got back to me right away, the owner personally followed up (while on vacation) to make sure I was getting excellent customer service. The company is very responsive. They sent out a tech the following day to diagnosis the issue. They stayed in frequent communication to let me know the status of the parts that had to be ordered and when they would schedule the work. They showed up promptly on the day of the scheduled repair. I then put a claim through homeowner's insurance as the tech mentioned he thought the cause of the failure was a lightening strike. The company worked with my insurance company for the to inspect the failed well pump. I will be reaching out to Clear Water in the future if I have any problems with my well. Highly recommend."

"Very fast and efficient, I had a French drain installed along with a newer sump pump and backup pump that is battery powered so if I lose power can still keep it going. There is a problem with the secondary pump something inside wasn't right (not their fault) but they have been communicative and will come out to fix/replace it for me. Great people ! Steven and Wendell have been very helpful"

"The team did wonderful job and carefully explained to me what to do with my outdated but still working sump pump. I was also educated on the rationale of using sump pump. (I am a woman ignorant of all these house gadgets!)"

"Replaced sump pump and check valve. Arrived when expected, did work-up of options and prices, answered all questions, got to work. Both Crew Leader and his assistant were thorough, efficient, careful and polite. Would recommend/call again."

"I am so lucky to have found Jim. My rented-out property developed a leak from a worn out drain in the upstairs bathtub that damaged the ceiling of the dining room below. Jim got there promptly and provided invaluable advice in obtaining a separate construction contractor (to repair the ceiling) and working with the insurer and adjuster to ensure that all parties were in agreement with the work that was needed and the costs that would be incurred. He was patient with the insurance company and then completed the work perfectly, timely, and safely so that the Tenant was able to remain in the residence at all times. Jim had to deal with various job difficulties such as one occasioned by the fact that the tub was about 60 years old and therefore its replacement necessitated installation of a different size tub (they don't make tubs in the old size anymore) and re-setting of pipes to enable the new tub to work."

"Easy and good service I will recommend this company to anyone who is interested in getting work done."

"I contacted Peter to repair an issue I was having with my heating system. After scheduling the work months ago, he arrived on time and did a great job. He's a very busy guy but very professional. The best vendor I've dealt with on Angie's List."

"All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."

"They were super helpful and quickly responded when my water heater leaked. They promptly replaced it and they then came out yesterday and completed and AC tuneup to my system. Highly recommend Pro Comfort Control!"
